Seller and agreement

The seller is Ravn Forlag AS, organisation number 928 824 608. The agreement takes effect when payment is approved. The price, currency and included content are shown on the book page before payment.

Payment and delivery

Payment is securely handled by Stripe. A purchased digital book is delivered as a personal PDF and in any other formats listed on the book page. The download becomes available immediately after approved payment, and a receipt is sent to the email address used for the purchase.

The purchase is personal. You may keep backup copies for your own use, but may not share, resell or publish the file.

Right of withdrawal, defects and refunds

For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal may end once delivery begins if you have expressly consented and acknowledged that the right will be lost. This does not limit your rights if the delivery is defective.

If access is missing, the wrong book is delivered or a technical fault cannot be corrected, we will investigate and offer redelivery or a refund when the applicable conditions are met.
