Data we process

We process information you provide when you log in, buy a book, subscribe to the newsletter or contact us. This may include your name, email address, order and access history, and necessary technical information.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Ravn Publishing does not store your card number. Optional analytics are activated only with your consent.

Purpose, sharing and retention

We use the data to deliver purchases, manage accounts, meet accounting obligations, answer enquiries and secure the service. We use only providers needed for these purposes, including Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in and analytics, and MailerLite when you join the newsletter.

Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, except for records we must retain under Norwegian law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
